EXTREME GENEROSITY
OUR GOAL THIS YEAR!
Every year, our church is given an opportunity to take a step of faith & obedience and be extravagantly generous in our giving. And what we've seen for 10 years is our church, time and time again, goes above and beyond in the area of generosity.
We have a goal of $60,000. Even before the first gift is given towards the Gift Offering, we are committing to give away 50% of the goal, $30,000, to our Local, National, and International Outreach Partners. We use this offering in two ways. One is to continue improving our facility to better serve and minister to our guests, kids, students, and Grow Groups. HOW WILL THE CHRISTMAS GIFT OFFERING
MAKE A GREATER IMPACT THIS YEAR?
The Salvation Army is one of our local outreach partners that we give to every month financially through food donations and through the Angel Tree program each year. In addition, this year, we are committing $5,000 to help them provide services and support to people in Alamance County who are in need.
PreBorn is one of our national outreach partners that provides support for mothers through free ultrasounds and support for life-affirming choices. They also support pregnancy clinics with supplies, including free ultrasound machines. Because of their work, over 44,000 babies have been saved from abortion, and over 7,000 people have decided to follow Jesus. We have already purchased 2 ultrasound machines this year, and we are committing $15,000 to purchase another one.
Second Chance Global is our international outreach partner, and we also support them financially each month and twice a year through mission trips. Second Chance is doing incredible work for Jesus in Haiti and the Dominican Republic. They desire to end generational poverty through empowering people. They impact people's lives by supporting orphanages, providing clean water, safe housing, and much more. We are committing $10,000 for them to further their mission and vision.
