FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Where can I feed my newborn?

If you are a parent, we’ve got you covered. We have a specific environment just for you so that you can enjoy your time at Hope Church. A live feed of the service will be available, along with everything you will need to feel comfy with your newborn.

How can I ensure that my child is safe & secure in Hope Kids?

In Hope Kids, safety is one of our highest priorities. That's why we have a  secure check-in system at every Hope Church location. Upon check-in, you'll receive matching identification stickers. Your child will need to wear their name tag sticker and you will need to keep the matching tag. After the service, you'll show the Hope Kids small group leader your matching tag in order for your child to be released from their room.

Every Hope Kids volunteer leader is screened, participates in a background check, and receives appropriate training from our staff. Additionally, our hallways are monitored by background-checked security during each experience to make sure your child stays safe and secure.

In the  event that we need to contact you during the service, we can either send you a text message or share your child's last identification code on the screen in the auditorium.

Additionally, all Hope Kids Volunteers will be wearing masks to ensure the safety of our Hope Kids. All children will receive a temperature check upon arrival to the Kids Check In area, and children Kindergarten and older will be asked to wear a mask while in our Hope Kids environments.

What will my children learn at Hope Kids?

The Bible is the most amazing book ever written, and we strive to bring its stories to life through creative activities and discussions that keep kids engaged. We want every child to love God's Word and understand the value of applying it to their lives. We know they'll have fun each week as they learn about who God is through games, activities, small groups, and video teaching.

How do I check-in my child at Hope Kids?

On your first visit, look for the Hope Kids Check-in Area. There will be signage leading you that direction as you enter the building. If you can’t find it, one of our pastors or volunteers will be happy to help you!

At Hope Kids Check-in, you'll be welcomed by a Hope Kids volunteer eager to meet your family and show you how Hope Kids works. To check your child in, we’ll need some information at that time, including a family member's name, your child's name and birthday, your address, your phone number, and any special instructions. We'll be there every step of the way, right up to when you drop your kids off at the appropriate room, so feel free to ask questions!

What if my child has a special need?

We have many families at Hope Church who's children require special care. It's our desire to provide a church home for your family and we understand the integration process for your child will be unique. Before your first visit it's important for us to get to know you and your child, so that we can best serve you. Please contact a Hope Kids staff member HERE and let us know how we better assist you.
