Follow the way of Jesus

  • Google Calendar ICS

Whether you realize it or not, we are constantly being shaped by something or someone. The truth is that whatever we choose to follow determines who we become. So, the question is, who or what are you following? Who are you becoming?

We want to invite you on a transformative journey to become more like Jesus, a journey that starts by simply following Him and His ways. This journey holds the promise of being who Jesus desires you to be. It all starts with a simple invitation from Jesus: Follow Me.

Join us on Sundays at 9:00 am and 11:00 am as we journey to follow, grow, and live our lives for Jesus.

The Revelation of Jesus

  • Google Calendar ICS

For many, the Book of Revelation is intimidating. Sadly, it has also been used as a weapon and often portrayed that you had better get your life right with Jesus, or you would get left behind. However, everything written about Jesus invites us into this life He called us to live, and we have been led to believe that, at the end of His story, Jesus is saying the complete opposite. The problem is that it doesn’t add up to the rest of His story. So, what is the Book of Revelation all about?

Join us for our teaching series, The Revelation of Jesus, and let’s dive into the Book of Revelation with an open heart and an open mind. Let’s see what Jesus has to say to each of us and how He can encourage us to deepen and strengthen our faith in Him through the Revelation of Jesus.

Love & Truth

The line between God's love love and God's truth gets incredibly blurry in today's culture. Thankfully, we can look to the wisdom in these four letters to better understand how God wants us to demonstrate His great love to others while remaining firm on the foundation of the truth of His Word.

We invite you to join us for our new series, Truth and Love, as we discover God's love for all of us and the truth about the life His great love compels us to live.

The Courage to ENDURE

Peter was one of Jesus' closest disciples and friends. He witnessed Jesus' grace and mercy firsthand through the ups and downs of his journey. Through his experiences, Peter wrote two letters to offer encouragement and instructions on holy and righteous living. He teaches that God wants to build our endurance to stand firm in Him no matter what we face, and all we need is the courage to take Him at His word.

Join us for our series on 1 & 2 Peter as we examine this life we are called to live and how to endure the toughest challenges.

Faith Without Works Is Dead | The Book of James

Faith Without Works Is Dead | The Book of James

James, the half-brother of Jesus, wrote to Jesus' followers who had faith that lived only in their heads instead of being evidenced in their lives. He would make a bold statement: faith without works is dead. But is that true? How many have been taught that being a Christian is just about believing? But is that true? What does real faith look like? How should our faith in Jesus change our lives? How does our faith change the world around us for the better?

This five-week series from the Letter of James answers these questions and more. We'll ultimately discover that true faith is married with action, and there is no genuine faith without obedience.

 Who's Your One? Sunday

Who's Your One? Sunday

Imagine if every Jesus Follower could answer that question with the name of a person who is far from God—a person for whom they’re praying and with whom they are seeking to share the gospel. That’s the intention behind Who’s Your One. We believe God’s people need a white-hot passion to see people far from God experience the new life He offers through Jesus Christ.

Over the coming days, our church and countless others will prioritize personal ownership of the Great Commission as we each intentionally pursue one person with the hope of the gospel. At times, the mission seems simply too complex and too vast for churches like ours and people like us. While we can’t do everything, we can do something. We can all take responsibility for one. And, because of God’s power and the work of His Spirit, each of our ones can add up to make a significant impact for God’s kingdom.

Jesus Is Better | A Study of Hebrews

Jesus Is Better | A Study of Hebrews

The book of Hebrews was written to people in the middle of a crisis. They were persecuted, tempted by the culture and sin around them, and doubted their faith in Jesus. They struggled to see how Jesus was the solution to the problems they were facing daily. It was not so different than what many of us go through today.

We invite you to join us throughout February and March as we walk together through the book Hebrews. We’ll discover how to live for Jesus in every season and, ultimately, that Jesus is better than anything the world can offer. We simply need to answer, “Am I willing to trust him above everything else?”

Join us for 28 days of devotions as we journey through Hebrews together!

Heart for the House

The church changed everything because Jesus changed humanity. As a result, the church turned the world upside down—from what was natural—to supernatural. The great news is that the church’s story isn’t over—it is still being written through you, through us, and through our church.

That’s what Heart of the House is all about! As we begin this new year, let’s dig into the heart of the church and ask God to build something great within us so He can do even greater things through us.

Join us Sundays at 9 am & 11 am in person and online!

10 Years of Faith & Obedience

10 YEARS OF FAITH & OBEDIENCE

Over the 10 years, we have rallied together under a collaborative mantra that God always honors faith and obedience. Our obedience demonstrates our faith and trust in God and is the key ingredient to any successes we have experienced along this journey. Why? Because faith and obedience unlock God's heart and bring blessings to our lives and the lives of others.

As a result of our commitment to do whatever it takes for all people to follow Jesus, grow with Jesus, and live for Jesus, it has changed countless lives and impacted our community, nation, and world. To commemorate this past decade, we are celebrating Hope Chruch's past, present, and future for the entire month of November. It will be a fantastic celebration as we come together to worship and reflect on this incredible journey of Hope.

We would be honored for you and your family to join us as we express our gratitude for our blessings and the impact God has allowed us to make. And we cannot wait to see what God has for us over this next decade as we continue to advance together in faith and obedience.

November 5th - We'll celebrate the past.
November 12th - We’ll celebrate the present.
November 19th - We’ll celebrate the future.

Battle Ready | The Marriage Edition

Most people in our world like the idea of being in love and getting married to someone special—someone to spend time with, share their deepest, darkest secrets with, and start a family with. Even those who have never been in love tend to desire love and marriage because intimate relationships are in everything we see and read.

However, we live in a culture slowly but surely moving away from the sacredness of marriage through cohabitation, constant infidelity scandals, and the media's portrayal of "quick and easy" divorces.

The truth is that marriage is a difficult concept, but marriage was ultimately God's design, and He has given us everything we need to win this battle we often call marriage. Over the next 2 weeks, we'll look at how God has called us to fight for our marriages and the tools He's given us to Battle Ready.

Please join us for this incredibly powerful two-week series beginning this Sunday in person and online at 9 a.m. & 11 a.m.

GALATIANS: A SUMMER OF GRACE

GALATIANS: A SUMMER OF GRACE

GALATIANS | JULY 2ND - AUGUST 27TH

The book of Galatians is a letter written by the Apostle Paul to the churches in Galatia. It is considered one of the most important books in the New Testament as it addresses the issue of salvation by faith alone versus salvation by works of the law.

Paul wrote to the Galatians because he was concerned that false teachers were leading people away from the true gospel of Jesus. Paul vehemently opposed their false message and argued that salvation comes only through faith in Jesus Christ. Paul also stresses the importance of love, unity, and the fruit of the Spirit in the lives of Jesus’ Followers.

The book of Galatians is a powerful reminder that salvation is a gift of grace received through faith in Jesus Christ alone. It encourages Jesus’ Followers to live in freedom and to resist the temptation to rely on their own efforts for salvation.

If you have ever struggled with the grace and love of God, this series is for you.
If you have ever struggled with legalism and the shackles of religion, this series is for you.
If you want to experience the freedom only God can give you, this series is for you!

We hope you will join us for a Summer of Grace!
Sundays at 9 am & 11 am in person and online.
